As a part of his vision, we have instituted the TIEMDELHI Scholarships to recognize and support brilliant students who lack the means to pursue world-class education and the necessary financial resources.

We take pride in acknowledging the hard work and excellence of meritorious students in their academic pursuits. Since 2010, over 1,000 students have been awarded TIEMDELHI Scholarships after clearing the TIEMCET (Scholarship cum Entrance) Test.

TIEM DELHI scholarships are designed to encourage talented students and strengthen the foundation of our future generation. This is a small step towards our collective goal of making India the knowledge superpower of the world.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • All students who are eligible for the scholarships (after 10+2 or graduation) are given admission on Fast Track or Scholarship basis. If they are looking for the scholarship discount, then can appear for the scholarship cum entrance test. Otherwise for the fast track or direct admission, they do not have to appear for the admission selection process and their admission is done based on their Application Form. There should be no year gap between class XII and Graduation.
  • Aggregate percentage of class XII will be calculated on best four academic subjects (English + 3 Academic subjects), excluding Physical Education / Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written subjects or the graduation all years CGPA from the Semester Marksheets.

Syallabus of TIEMCET Examination

The main syllabus of the TIEMCET Scholarship Cum Entrance Test 2023 includes Aptitude, Reasoning and Analytical Ability, Business and General Awareness, and English Language & proficiency. The test will be conducted in MCQ format.

This section of the entrance exam checks the English language ability of a student. One has to have a decent command on the English language to perform well in this section. You must work on your vocabulary while preparing for the entrance exam. Most questions in this section are based on vocabulary. The following important topics are covered in this section.

As the name suggests, this section is Maths based. It generally comprises questions from Class 6 to Class 10. A student with good command of the basics of Mathematics can crack this section easily. However, those who have not studied Mathematics in Class 12 might have to work harder to crack this section. You must brush up on your basics before appearing for the entrance exam. Admission Criteria for Event Management Programs

Students can go for the direct admission procedure also without applying to the scholarships or fee relaxation scheme.

Online Mode

  • The applicants are required to visit the for filling the online registration form the details within it such as name, address, age, under graduation pass-out year, parents/ guardian’s name, marks secured in 12th, graduation and upload photographs, etc. by clicking on following the link: Online Registration Form

Offline Mode

  • Come for the counselling Session, fill the registration form along with the educational documents. ss Then students are supposed to pay the required fee for submission of the admission form online and submit it.

Marking Scheme

As per the Marking Scheme of TIEMCET Scholarship Cum Entrance Test Examination for every:

  • The Correct Answer, Student get 2 Marks
  • Incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

Scholarship-Cum-Fast Track Admission

  • Direct Admission is not applicable for the students who are appearing into scholarship cum entrance test.
  • Limited Scholarship seats are available, which will be offered after joining the program on verification of original documents.
  • Scholarship is granted on annual basis for the first year and continuation of scholarship in second and subsequent years will be governed by scholarship policy. Scholarship discounts are applicable in 1st year only. 2nd year onwards continuation scholarship rules apply.
  • Students will be required to pay the full fees initially. The excess amount accruing due to scholarship will be adjusted against payment for Semester-II.
  • Grant of Scholarship or discount in fee is subject to approval of Scholarship Management Committee (SMC) of TIEM DELHI. TIEM DELHI Scholarship Management Committee is having full right to discontinue the scholarship scheme any point of time.
  • Limited number of scholarships are available on first come first serve basis.
  • Students seeking scholarship based on TIEMCET TEST score may note that we have Limited seats under this category and the same will be allotted on first cum first serve basis.
  • Candidates meeting the Scholarship eligibility criteria should approach the admission office after selection with the original marksheets for the grant of Scholarship, before the batch commencement of the year for seeking admission.
  • Scholarship is offered to MBA in Event Management, BBA in Event Management, Diploma & PG Diploma in Event Management

Direct Admission

  • Direct Admission or fast track admission is offered to all management programs like MBA in Event Management, BBA in Event Management, Diploma & PG Diploma in Event Management based CAT/MAT/GMAT Score percentile of 90 and above without appearing the scholarship examination.
  • Direct admission is offered to MBA in Event Management, BBA in Event Management, Diploma & PG Diploma in Event Management programmes based on Merit Bases and marks obtained in 10+2 or graduation examinations.

Scholarship Criteria for obtaining the Discount:

If you are willing to take discount or scholarships against your any event management course fee, kindly fill the registration form to obtain the hall ticket. Else you can apply for the direct admission procedure too against diploma or degree in Event Management Course.

  • Scholarship will be offered according to merit list prepared based on valid entrance test score of TIEM Common Entrance Test Score (2023-24) of the qualified candidates.
  • Personal Interview conducted at the institute with the Academic Director/Centre Head. Group Discussion on any random topic given before the personal interview.
  • For candidates with respective equal TIEMCET score, the preference will be given to the candidates who will come on first come & first serve basis with all the formalities.
  • Your admission in any event management programs based on a combination of undergraduate grade point average, academic transcripts, entrance exam scores and personal interviews.
  • Scholarships are limited to the students and will be given to the meritorious students only. TIEM is having full right to cancel scholarship scheme any time.

TIEM graduates have plenty of job & hiring opportunities after completing their BBA in Event Management course in event management companies along with wedding planning companies such as India Attitude, Clockworks, DNA, Fountain Head, Cineyug Entertainment, Percept D Mark, Q Events, Showtime and Wizcraft hiring them. The average salary of a fresher after BBA in Event Course completion is between INR 3,50,000 to INR 6,00,000 per annum which can grow to around INR 16,00,000 per annum.
